Notes for Prospective Students

Plerase follow the enrollment procedure outlined on our school's website. For all students, we require a copy of their birth certificate and current immunizations. Preschool also requires an Indiana State Medical Form. Students entering 1st-8th grade will need to provide previous school records including report cards, attendance and discipline reports, standardized testing results and Individual Education Plans (IEPs) when applicable.
