Rice Memorial High School is a Catholic, college preparatory school located in South Burlington, Vermont.
We provide a safe, supportive, structured learning environment that values the whole person and and seeks to develop and nuture his/her personal gifts, talents and interests.
There is a strong sense of school pride and community with competitive sports teams, art & music programs, clubs, theater, and school-wide events & traditions.
Rice also offers many AP and Honors courses, one of two AP Capstone programs in the State of Vermont and acclaimed multimedia courses.
Scholarships and financial aid are available. Students of all faiths are welcome.
Rice is committed to investing in its students. Annual tuition covers only about 70% of the actual cost to educate a student. This year, the true cost to educate a student is $17,800, leaving a $4,900 annual gap for students that pay full tuition. The Rice Cathedral Fund exists to fill in that gap and allows us to keep tuition as low as possible.
