To complete enrollment and reserve your spot, All Registrations forms must be completeyfilled out and turned into front office and registration fee of $150 paid. After this is done, financial contract must be signed in the office. Needed at enrollment or prior to first day of school: Birth Certificate, Shots records, and Physical forms.
