Rainbow Montessori School was founded in 1980. We have a very welcoming environment that is "home like" for the young child. This makes an easy transition from home to school. Our classrooms are bright, flowing and use both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Montessori is an unique approach to education which builds upon the will for independence, social skills, and academics.
We have classes for children 18 months thru Kindergarten. Our class ratios range from 1:4 to 1:10.
We teach and we remove obstacles to learning. The result, for more than thirty seven years, has been graduates who are poised, confident, self-starters with a broad mastery of life skills and academics. These students have become critical thinkers who have respect for one another and the environment, and who have developed a lifelong love of learning.
