Overview
As partners with each family, Zion Lutheran School's mission is to nurture each child's growth in faith in Jesus Christ, knowledge of God's creation, and service toward others to His glory.
In order to achieve our mission, our ministry team strives to nurture in each child growth in God-given faith in Jesus Christ; instill knowledge of His creation; and serve others to His glory.
Our purpose is to preserve and extend the kingdom of God; proclaim the life and teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ; apply God's Law and Gospel to all aspect of life and learning; assist Zion Lutheran Church in fulfilling its five congregation functions: education, worship, evangelism, fellowship and service; provide an academically sound Christian education for the children of Zion Lutheran School and community; and provide support for families in developing positive, healthy Christian relationships.
Grace Academy is a vibrant K-12 school in Georgetown, TX where God's word permeates every aspect of education and campus life.
We seek to raise up a generation of young people who have a genuine love of learning and a deep understanding of the lordship and grace of Jesus Christ. In keeping with the biblical goal to do all things heartily, as to the Lord (Colossians 3:23), Grace Academy encourages excellence in all areas, especially academics. As students progress from kindergarten through 12th grade, they grow not only in knowledge but also in the habits, dispositions, and skills of lifelong learners that will enable them to be successful in their future endeavors.
