Westwood Baptist Academy (WBA) offers a quality Christian education in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
The purpose of this school is to give Christian training along with a solid academic foundation in the basic fundamentals of learning for the average and above-average child.
Academic and spiritual standards are high with added emphasis on patriotism and character training.
WBA is an accredited member of the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS), the North American Christian School Accrediting Agency (NACSAA), the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA), and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS).
WBA is also a member of the Missouri Association of Christian Schools and is a member of Westwood Baptist Church.
WBA participates in the Mid-America Association of Christian Schools' regional events.
WBA also participates in the Metro Athletic Conference and the Missouri Christian School Athletic Association sporting events.
Preschool (K4) through 12th grade classes are taught in a traditional classroom setting primarily using the A Beka curriculum.
