Overview
Starbright Early Learning Center emphasizes creativity, self-discipline, self-worth, and a positive attitude in dealing with life.
Children are constantly reminded of their beauty, intelligence, and uniqueness.
Starbright supports the concept that children learn by playing. Playing is the child's work.
Hands-on toys and educational materials are the texts of early childhood classrooms.
We don't push or pressure children to perform the more academic skills.
Instead, we supply the environment and professional guidance so that when children are ready, they've the resources to grow to their greatest capacity.
Montessori Schools of Snohomish County has been established since 1962 to provide an education for children ages 8 weeks to 12 years.
We reach out to each individual child and cultivate an environment that promotes academic, social and emotional enrichment.
Though we are primarily an educational environment, we also recognize the need for extended care before and after school. We realize that today's world often requires that both parents work.
We wish to give our children an enjoyable, safe atmosphere in the absence of the parents and strive to provide this.
