Overview
St. Mary's Elementary School works in partnership with families, the community, and the Church to provide a nurturing environment for students in kindergarten through grade three.
The school is a center where teachers and staff, in cooperation with families, guide the child's early development in faith, academics and self-esteem.
St. Mary's School accomplishes this by instructing the children in Catholic doctrine, preparing them for liturgies and the reception of the sacraments, and providing opportunities to live their faith; developing the child's potential by offering an academic curriculum strong in the the fundamental skills with attention given to individual needs; and assisting children to grow in self-esteem and self-discipline within an environment based on mutual love, respect, and parental support.
St. Lawrence Catholic School integrates Catholic truths and values throughout the daily curriculum.
Each child is encouraged to grow and develop spiritually, intellectually, physically, and emotionally in a loving and caring environment.
The staff and faculty are committed to teaching respect for God, for others, and for self.
Students in grades K-6 are challenged with a well-balanced curriculum, which includes daily religion classes.
Religious instruction includes Masses, Sacramental preparation, daily prayer and liturgical celebrations.
Education is the key that unlocks the door to the future, to a child's future.
