To be true to our identity as a Catholic school, it is imperative that everything we do be an appropriate and authentic expression of the teachings of Jesus Christ and the values He revealed to us through God's will.
At KinderCare Learning Center in Middletown, we hire only nurturing people with a passion for early childhood education.
Then we build on that enthusiasm by investing in their training and continuing education.
All lead teachers have a college degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and all staff members participate in 25 hours of specialized training throughout the school year.
