Overview
Saint Benedict is an elementary school presenting the three-fold mission of the Church.
To witness the message of Jesus To build a community with Jesus Christ at the center To serve God's people through love, support, and prayer The school strives through its curriculum to enable the students to become holistic individuals through a quality education with instruction in the truths and values of the Catholic Faith.
Celebrating our common Faith we begin each day with prayer, participate in religion classes and attend Mass regularly.
We also aim to develop in our students a strong, positive appreciation of gentleness and sensitivity.
Recognizing that parents are the primary educators of their children, we stand ready to work together to strengthen Christian attitudes, so that what we teach in School will be nurtured in the home.
Northern Cambria Catholic School purpose is to make known to every student the person and message of Jesus Christ while providing each child with opportunities to develop moral values, ethical standards of conduct, personal integrity, and responsibility, To assist each student in developing the ability to think constructively and creatively, to solve problems, to reason independently and to accept responsibility for self-motivation and inner discipline.
