Overview
Sts. Peter and Paul School, as a Catholic elementary school, endeavors to teach the beliefs and practices of the Catholic Faith.
The faculty strives to set an example of Christian values, with emphasis placed on reverence for God and His creation, respect for self, respect for others, respect for authority, and service to all.
High academic standards are upheld, and the needs of each student are acknowledged and addressed.
Teachers challenge and encourage students to perform to the best of their ability. Thus, a caring, faith-filled learning community is formed.
Saint Mary School provides a learning environment where Catholic faith and academic knowledge meet; grow into respect, understanding, wisdom and compassion, and are demonstrated in service to others.
Our goals are: religious training will provide for faith and moral instruction as defined in Catholic doctrine and character development as reflected in Christian values; academic program will provide for a thinking curriculum, integrating technology and the fine arts with challenging standards that allow every student to develop his/her potential; and community service will provide for an opportunity to give witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make a positive difference in the community in which they live.
