The Seattle Area German American School (SAGA) is a German language immersion school offering programs in Preschool, PreK, Kindergarten - 5th Grade. Founded in 2005 the SAGA School fosters a vibrant community grounded in German-speaking culture and inspires students to become passionate learners and engaged global citizens. SAGA also offers afterschool school programs for students Kindergarten through High School, enrichment programs and preschool playgroups. No previous German is required in Preschool programs.
Children entering our Preschool program no prior German language is required. Children entering our Elementary program in 1st Grade or higher German knowledge is required.
The French American School of Puget Sound is a renowned pioneer of bilingual education in the Northwest.
Now serving more than 450 students from 18 months through Grade 8, FASPS offers a harmonized bilingual French/English curriculum that utilizes the highest standards of the French and American educational systems.
The result is a creative and stimulating program of instruction designed to challenge the individual student, blending intellectual rigor and personal exploration in the classroom.
The multicultural and diverse community creates a global framework for learning that fundamentally influences our students' worldview.
FASPS students become bilingual and regularly score higher than the national average on standardized texts in reading, math, and science. They go on to attend some of the most prestigious private and public secondary schools in the nation and around the world.
