Overview
San Juan Diego Catholic High School opened in 2002 after Archbishop Gregory Aymond recognized the need for Catholic college preparatory education in Austin.
Our students participate in the Corporate Internship Program (CIP), where they gain hands-on experience in entry-level positions across various sectors, including hospitals, universities, banks, law firms, and more, helping to fund part of their tuition.
Through the support of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the 21st Century Grant (CCLC), SJDCHS students can engage in a variety of extracurricular activities, including athletics, after-school clubs, and tutoring.
Additionally, parents can participate in programs such as our Conditioning Club.
For more than 30 years, St. Michael's Catholic Academy has been committed to serving families who want an exceptional college preparatory education delivered in a small school environment: a full complement of academic courses, including as many as 20 Advanced Placement classes, outstanding arts and athletics, a diverse and talented student body and engaged parent community, and an outstanding faculty dedicated to ensuring each St. Michael`s student reaches his or her fullest potential morally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually.
