Overview
The mission of Resurrection Catholic School is to educate children in The Catholic faith and in life skills, fostering the development of the students' spiritual intellectual and social abilities.
We, the parish, school council, and faculty of Resurrection Catholic School undertake the education of our students with a commitment to building community within the context of our Catholic faith and traditions; imparting Christian values with excellence in academics, athletics and all aspects of life; fostering the development of the whole student, teaching respect, caring and honesty in both word and deed; providing quality education in a safe learning environment which is warm, friendly, and directed toward an orderly, busy, enjoyable, “hands-on” atmosphere; and promoting excellence, trust, and a sense of stewardship among pupils, parents and staff.
The Church of the Magdalen Catholic School opened in 1951 under the direction of the Sisters of Saint Dominic who shaped a proud tradition of integrating faith and knowledge.
Magdalen Catholic School, Pre-school through Eighth grade, offers a strong curriculum serving the individual and diverse needs of our students.
Our safe, Catholic Christian environment fosters the growth of the whole person: physically, mentally, and spiritually.
It is a priority on all grade levels, to have excellent communication with parents.
We offer strong emphasis on serving the diverse needs of our students, including “Extended Learning” for children who benefit from additional learning challenges.
