Overview
As an Archdiocesan, inter-parochial, Roman Catholic, co-educational school serving the New Albany Deanery, the primary purpose of Our Lady of Providence is the education of our students toward a full life from the Christian perspective.
As a comprehensive school, we strive to instill a strong commitment to moral and spiritual values, foster growth in knowledge, attitudes and skills according to each student's abilities, recognizing the uniqueness and dignity of each person within our educational family.
Since our founding by the Sisters of Providence in 1951, it has been our constant endeavor to prepare our graduates to take their place in the community and to contribute a Christian influence on society.
St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School, in partnership with parish and family, exists to enable children to grow spiritually and intellectually in accordance with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the tradition of the Catholic Church.
St. Anthony offers a complete educational program for students of all faiths from preschool through eighth grade.
