Overview
At Lakewood Lutheran Elementary School, We believe that Christian Education is a vital aspect of God's mission, commanded by Him to the church through the Great Commission.
"Go ye, therefore, and teach all nations (including the young) teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19-20) We believe the Christian educator and Christian parents will work in harmony to achieve this goal." Parents raise them with Christian discipline and instruction." (Ephesians 6:4) The Mission of Lakewood Lutheran School is to share God's Word and His love, to nurture faith in Jesus Christ, and to equip God's children for discipleship.
Lakewood Catholic Academy opened in August 2005 as a consolidated Catholic school, joining together four existing Lakewood parish schools: Saint Clement, Saint James, Saint Luke, and Saints Cyril and Methodius.
Today, we serve students ages six weeks old through 8th grade.
We are one of the largest Catholic early childhood learning facilities in the state of Ohio, as well as the only Catholic school in the state to offer an International Baccalaureate middle school program.
