Overview
We are a Catholic community, welcoming students of all faiths, devoted to gospel values, academic excellence and Christian service.
Programs in our school develop the "total" person - spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and morally.
Students have an opportunity to attend liturgies and prayer services on a weekly basis in which they assume the responsibilities of different roles.
Faith development as a life long process is stressed. We recognize parents as the primary educators of their children, and at John Ireland we share in that partnership.
Each student is nurtured in an atmosphere of care and respect which is evident in our practices, programs, and school policies.
Each child is treated as an individual made in the image and likeness of God.
At St Peter Lutheran School, we offer a full Pre-Kindergarten and elementary education for children from age 3 through Grade 8.
Children learn God's Word each day and have a weekly chapel service.
We provide both enrichment experiences to foster self-confidence, and new experiences which allow the child to question, seek, and explore.
St. Peter Lutheran School strives to teach independence, responsibility, cooperation, and self-awareness within the framework of Christian education.
