Overview
Heronfield`s program is geared for middle school children where the importance of the whole child is incorporated into all aspects of the curriculum.
Heronfield is a school where academics are strong and where there is an emphasis on balance in a busy life. Heronfield is a middle school by design not attached to an elementary school or high school.
This enables us to place our entire focus on the middle school years.
At Hampstead Academy, we are redefining the educational journey to help young students become critical thinkers who can impact an ever-changing world.
Our culture is focused on providing a personalized learning experience for each student, while developing strong foundational skills that can be expanded by fostering creativity.
We believe in progressively building knowledge and experience at the student`s own pace, not on predefined stages based on systems created for the industrial age. As New England`s first and only IMPACT school, we engage young people in integrated, well-rounded, and fulfilling learning projects through the Five Pillars, exposing them to meaningful, real-world experiences that contribute to their academic, personal, and professional growth.
Hampstead Academy prepares our graduates to be inquisitive and creative problem solvers at an early age, fostering innovators and free thinkers who also have a deep understanding and concern for the social, cultural and environmental well-being of their community and our planet.
Through a curriculum deeply focused on experiential learning that encompasses scientific, cultural, entrepreneurial and civic goals, we help our students find accomplishment through the Pillars of the IMPACT Education Model.
At Hampstead Academy, we prepare our students for their future, a future we cannot possibly imagine.
