Overview
Since 1970, Grace Christian School have been training boys and girls, not only academically, but spiritually, as well.
In addition to that, Grace Christian School has a variety of organized activities and special events throughout the school year that will enable your child to create fond memories that will last a lifetime! Graduates of Grace Christian School have gone on to work in various positions in the private sector such as teaching, nursing and interpreting for the hearing impaired as well as Hispanics, just to name a few.
Former students are also courageously serving our country in various branches of the Armed Forces.
And some graduates have been on the mission field, while others are faithfully laboring in their local church.
No matter what your child's future goals are, we believe Grace Christian School can provide the solid, educational foundation that will enable them to achieve those goals.
The ABEKA Curriculum is used to give our children a firm foundation through basic principles established from the Bible.
A BEKA is known and respected among Christian leaders as setting the standard in traditional education.
At Gramercy Christian School we believe that the school is an extension of the home, and there must be close cooperation if education is to be successful.
This guide is intended to foster that by providing a better understanding of the school program and ways in which parents, teachers, and the administration work together to rear children "in the nurture and admonition of the Lord".
The philosophy of Gramercy Christian School is rooted in the belief that the basis of knowledge is faith in the Word of God, that God and His Word cannot be separated, and that they focus on the Lord Jesus Christ.
God has revealed Himself in His creation, in His Son, and in His written Word -- the Bible.
If Christian education is to transmit true knowledge, it must be education that is Word-centered.
