Overview
Father Gabriel Richard High School is a Newman Guide Catholic Honor Roll School. We provide an academically excellent education within an authentically Catholic community. We encourage our students to incorporate faith with reason to develop their intellects well, preparing them for college, for life, and ultimately, for heaven. FGR's supportive environment encourages students to Love God, Love Others, Love Learning, and Pursue Excellence. Our students come from 30 communities in Southeastern Michigan and several countries across the globe.
We are a 150+ year old institution dedicated to forming Disciples of Christ who will use their God-given talents for the greater good.
Our graduates are accepted to top universities and colleges, including all three military academies, Princeton, MIT, University of Notre Dame, and the University of Michigan. Students often choose to continue their education at Catholic colleges, such as Benedictine College, Christendom College, and Franciscan University of Steubenville, as well as other private liberal arts colleges such as Hillsdale College.
We see the 0.1%that makes you, well,YOU.And we do our very best to draw it out daily.
On average, any two people have 99.9% identical DNA. That means what makes you you is what comes from that remaining 0.1%.
At Greenhills, we've crafted our entire 6th- through 12th-grade experience (and our approach to teaching) to unleash the full power of that 0.1%.
So you can go out into the world - uniquely and confidently you.
A one-of-a-kind work of art with the ability to do anything you set your very distinctive brain to.
