Located just south of Buffalo, NY, Aurora Waldorf School educates early childhood through 8th-grade students on a 13-acre campus bordering a creek and an old-growth forest. Founded in 1991, the school is accredited by the New York State Association of Independent Schools (NYSAIS), the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA), and the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America (WECAN). The school attracts a diverse community of dedicated families and faculty. They provide a caring network of support for a rigorous academic experience enriched with hands-on learning, handwork, and ample time spent outdoors.
One of over 900 Waldorf schools in 53 countries affiliated with the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America and a NYSAIS member, AWS is located at 525 West Falls Road in the Village of West Falls. Students come from 14 WNY school districts.
