Christian leaders start at Woodway Christian School. WCS, a ministry of First Woodway Baptist Church, is an accredited, private Christian school for pre-Kindergarten 3-year-olds through eighth grade that provides academic excellence in a Christ-centered setting. Students at WCS consistently rank in the top quarter of the nation on their standardized test scores. These results are achieved because of low student-to-teacher ratios and through teacher-led, hands-on learning opportunities which allow students to flourish in an environment that focuses on individual abilities. In addition to core subjects, the curriculum includes Bible classes and a weekly chapel service. Enrichment classes include Spanish, computer, art, physical education, intramurals, music and orchestra, along with educational field trips.
