Overview
Citadel Christian School (CCS) is an independent, non-profit co-educational, Christian school offering a classical education for grades pre-kindergarten through twelve.
CCS is housed on a 45-acre campus located at 2111 South Blue Bell Road in Brenham, Texas.
First Baptist Church School is dedicated to providing a Christ-centered environment with an emphasis on academic excellence, missions, and discipleship.
In order to accomplish this mission FBCS provides professional instruction in an obviously Christian environment from a distinctively Christian perspective. First Baptist Church School is dedicated to excellence in academics and to providing a lovingly structured Christian environment. Believing that we have the responsibility of giving the children entrusted to us the best possible education, we use established curriculums based on traditional academic standards, with strengths in phonics, reading, math, and language.
Standardized tests administered each spring kindergarten through elementary grades illustrate the consistent success of this tried & true curriculum.
The skills, habits, and values formed in these early years of schooling are essential to future academic achievement.
