Notes for Prospective Students

Minimum Admissions Requirements for the On Track School Program: Candidates must be entering a grade from K12. When transferring credits to OTS, transcripts for all grade levels are recommended but for grades 812 official high school transcripts are required; submit to the Records Department at registrar@ontrackschool.com. On Track School does what we can to honor accommodations for current IEP/504, but may not be equipped to support all IEP/Special Education services. Students who require special needs programs, such as IEP, 504, or Special Education Services should contact the Exceptional Team Lead prior to enrollment.
