Northstar is something truly special in the world of education. Choosing a school can be overwhelming but each and every day I know I made the right decision for our family. Northstar provides an environment that is inclusive, immersive, intentional and so applicable to the real world. It seems impossible to have all the opportunities they're able to provide under one roof. My daughter genuinely enjoys each school day and can't wait to tell me all the exciting things that happened. I can't say enough about the instructors and everyone on staff there. I've been blown away by their kindness and heart to see each child grow in their gifts and independence while pushing the boundaries of what they can accomplish academically. I know they're setting all the students up for such success in life. What more could you ask for as a parent? It's a family that we're so fortunate to be a part of.

Both of our kids attended Northstar. One is now a junior majoring in chemistry at Texas A&M and the other is a freshman majoring in environmental science at the University of Arkansas. Both had incredible experiences at Northstar including participating in multiple sports, traveling internationally, and learning via a wide variety of creative methodologies. They developed lifelong friendships with other students as well as with the administrators and faculty. As parents, we could not be happier with our decision to have our kids attend Northstar. The academics are top notch but we feel what they learned about life, leadership, perspective, and themselves is the true "gift" of Northstar.

Member of the first graduating class here. Loved it. Changed my life. My favorite classes were mining and rodent ecology. They also offered instruction in the ancient art of PVC pipe self-defense. Wonderful to have a bond with younger students and opportunities to take subjects that aren't normally available in other schools. Definitely, the place to go if you're looking for a more accepting high school environment. I had a blast on all the international trips, too. All around the excellent school. Absolutely nuts. Perfect if you're a student wondering what it feels like to get Removed into a weird shone battle anime. 10/10 would go back and attend again. Wouldn't change a thing.

Our son is thriving at Northstar. The small home-school environment with outstanding, qualified instructors provides a nuturing environment for success. The rigorous curriculum exposes students for a broad liberal arts education with all students participating in fine arts, foreign language, and STEM courses. Numerous projects, field trips, and educational travel provides students with learning opportunities outside the classroom. As evidenced by the college acceptance and scholarships received by alumni, it is clear Northstar students are receiving a quality education. We were looking for a small schoolWhere our son could thrive and have found it at Northstar.

We have loved our time at Northstar. With its Home school environment and stellar faculty my son is receiving a top notch education. He loves participating in Science Olympiad, building robots, and the small class size which affords him individual attention from his teachers. He is very much looking forward to 10th grade where he will get to build and launch a rocket. We love Northstar!
