Admissions / Enrollment Procedures for New Students 2013/2014 School Year After you have taken a tour and decided that Lamb of God Lutheran School is your school of choice, there are several steps in the admissions process: 1. Set up interview with Principal. 2. Schedule testing date 3. Give Previous School Referral form to current teacher to be returned as soon as possible (1st-5th grades only). 4. Complete all registration forms. 5. Provide a copy of child's birth certificate and immunization record. 6.Pay registration fee, if child is accepted.
