Kirk O' The Valley School

At Kirk O' The Valley School, we believe children are best prepared for life's journey when they embrace their own and others' individuality; gain a genuine love of learning; acquire knowledge and the ability to express what they know; and discover their meaningful place in the world.

My child attended Kirk from Kindergarten through 5th grade. From the moment we stepped on campus for our tour, we were welcomed warmly by the incredible director, Hillary Felder. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and explained not only Kindergarten's curriculum to us, but touched on each grade and all the enrichment that is offered. There are many school functions, concerts, and events that allow parents to participate in the community. Our daughter has thrived academically as well as socially and we couldn't have asked for a more solid foundation for her to move through middle school. The teachers are all so kind and truly care about each child as individuals. We wish Kirk went up to high school! Thank you to everyone at Kirk for making our child feel confident and honored as an individual. You are truly a gem!

AWESOME! I drive from Simi Valley to Kirk O'' The Valley School for my two preschool students, ages 2 and 3 1/2. We love the community feel at Kirk and the fact that Spanish, Music, Library and Art are included in the tuition plus a wide variety of after-school enrichment classes as well. I can recommend Kirk O'' The Valley with 5 stars to anyone interested. My older children, ages 10 and 12 also attend their awesome summer camp, KKamp. Educational adventures are their goal, getting my kids away from video games and T.V. Camping and Nature themed activities that keep all my children's interest combined with caring, responsible, qualified teachers make Kirk School a winner!

By far one of the best elementary schools in the valley. Truly follow the motto that childhood is journey. The school , its teachers , staff is so accessible and always open to parents to address any kind of issues , not that we had any in all 7 years my son was there. Has Available music, art, sports and tons of extracurricular activities. It has a great after school program for working parents . We highly recommend this school

My son is in PK at Kirk and we could not be happier. He is learning Spanish, music, art, computers, has a reading readiness expert helping him. The teachers are great and really care. Kirk is a real community where the students are nurtured and given focus as individuals, where the teachers and administrators know every child and where the parents and families are truly welcomed. We are so grateful for Kirk.
