St. Rose of Lima School has tapped the resources of parishioners expert in strategic planning to help us develop a clearer vision of who we are and where we want to go as a community.
The four documents listed below contain the written fruits of parish-wide consultations, self-studies, needs assessments, listening sessions, debates and deliberations, and countless hours of thoughtful and prayerful reflection by the members of our community.
Each of these five-year Pastoral Plans was many months in the making, and each captures both who we were at the time they were formulated as well as who we longed to become over a period of time.
We hope they will stir in you some measure of the enthusiasm and excitement felt by those who were part of their formulation.
