In January of 1998, a core group of parents took a giant leap of faith.
They recognized the need for a Christian school in Stevens County, and Heritage Christian Academy was born.
The purpose, then and still today, is to provide an alternative to parents in surrounding communities with a quality education from a Christ-centered and biblical perspective encouraging character, values and lifelong service to Jesus Christ.
The new building houses 6 large classrooms, a library, breakroom, computer room, conference room, 2 offices, and a great hall.
We also have a basement that is available for future expansion.
We feel the biggest blessing is our family of teachers and staff members.
Each teacher has an average of 10 students per class consisting of 2 grades.
This allows for a lot of personal attention with each student.
Extracurricular activities include, Art, and Music. The Middle School, 5th-8th, are located on the upper level of the building, and are supervised by a Middle School Principal.
Grades K-4th are kept separate on the lower level, and supervised by our Administrator.
