Notes for Prospective Students

The steps for student admissions requires the following: 1) Complete student application (including birth certificate, corporation membership form, signed parental contract, pastor's reference, recent report card and standardized tests if applicable), 2) School tour, including classroom observation time, 3) Student screening, 4) Family interview. Re-enrollment occurs one week in January. Sibling applications receive priority for open seats. New student applications may be submitted in January-February with acceptance decisions made in March. HRCA will accept applications after this time. Transfers are considered during the current school year when seats are available.
