Good Shepherd offers a quality Christ-based education for Pre-K through 8th grade. Students who graduate from Good Shepherd go on to be very successful in High School. The school offers a variety of extracurriculars, such as athletics, music programs, STEM, and even a peer tutoring program. Students will learn about Christ every single day and build a solid foundation for education for their future. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the curriculum and staff at Good Shepherd!

My wife and I decided on Good Shepherd from the other schools in the area because it offered many additional components of education, such as music, Foreign Languages, religion, etc... We are extremely happy with the dedicated and caring teachers. We feel a part of the family of Good Shepherd.

One of my children graduated from Good Shepherd a few years ago and my other child is still there; they both started there in preschool. Good Shepherd is one of the best decisions we have made for our family! The curriculum prepares students extremely well for high school and beyond, the teachers/administration are wonderful, the facilities are great, technology is incorporated very well into the classroom, there's a wide variety of sports and extracurricular activities, and the Band and Music Director is amazing. Christ is at the center of what the school is about, and I love that my kids are exposed to that daily at school. We are very grateful for Good Shepherd Lutheran School!

The faculty really cares about the children. The curricular prepared my children for success at O'Fallon High School. The extracurricular activities (basketball, baseball, band...) were competitive and enjoyable for the children and parents. School activities were inclusive to provide a family/community environment. Most importantly, Christ was at the center of the lessons. When we moved here in 2008 we picked this school from many choices and are very happy with the choice.

My son attends Good Shepherd Lutheran School and we feel this is a really great school. All of his teachers have been great so far and easy to communicate and work with. I really like how they incorporate technology in the classrooms and keep us informed through weekly school newsletters and teacher newsletters and send important info via email and/or text. We are pleased with how well my son has been doing and looking forward to the next few years at Good Shepherd.

My three children attended GSLS for grades K-8 from 2007 to 2019, and we enthusiastically recommend this school. Christ was the focus of everything they did at GSLS. Our kids loved participating in the music and athletic programs at GSLS, and were well-prepared academically for high school. This school was a blessing for our kids and our family.
