Notes for Prospective Students

To apply, parents must complete an application and include a current grade report, a current letter of behavior, a recommendation from a teacher or principal, and an immunization record. Fellowship Academy requires that students and their parents agree to comply with school policies and practices as outlined in the student handbook and student code of conduct. All students will attend weekly chapel services and participate in Bible classes as part of the school's curriculum. Students with learning differences or limitations in their academic preparation my be required to enroll in the learning lab at additional tuition. Tuition payments must be made in a timely manner. Students must be respectful and of the school property and other people in the school community at all times. Open and honest communication between the school and home is essential for success.
