My son just graduated from ECDS High School. The high school is super tiny (40ish students), and yet they simultaneously support kids like my son with all the AP and advanced courses he wanted (6 if I can keep up with him!) and students who need academic support, and may be behind grade level. My son will attend one of the nation's most competitive colleges next year (after being admitted early decisions!), and is well prepared for the academic and social challenges that'll bring. The only weaknesses of this school are a function of its size and location - but that's an easy workaround: get your kid involved in activities in your town outside of school.

Since the moment we stepped in to ECDS, it has been a magical journey. I am very very happy and couldn't have imagined a better school for my only child. I drive 45 minutes one way to get him to school every morning but it is so worth it. They work with your child like he is the only student in that class, individualized education plans, excellent management and incredible teachers. No bullying, no drugs, nothing to worry about. Close and very friendly community. Children are always very happy to be there. Academically perfect but also helps children to be confident, strong willed, self sufficient, happy and kind human beings. What other schools broke in my son, ECDS repaired. We have been there for the whole middle school and we are looking forward for another 4 years for high school.

ECDS is an amazing school. My son fit right in immediately. The directors and the faculty really care about their students, and help them in any way they can. This environment is extremely nurturing and offers so much academically. Also, the musical production of "Frozen" last month was phenomenal. All the kids were extremely talented and gave a top-rate performance in the gym, and at the Fairfield Center. My husband and I highly recommend this school!!

I can`t say enough about ECDS and the teachers. Our family endured a house fire in late 2019 and then the Covid pandemic started, so my daughters/family had to deal with a lot in 2020/2021 until we found ECDS. My 4th grader and 7th grader fit right in from week one thanks to the extraordinary teachers and staff. From the homeroom teachers to the specialty teachers, administrator, and nurse, my girls finally found Their school. They excelled at academics and socialization during pandemic/post-pandemic times. Their customized academic schedule was perfect. My 7th grader was graciously challenged by her science teacher and now she is taking high school science and testing and expect that to continue into the next year. My 4th grader loved dancing and singing but had to stop as she was not fond of the zoom format. At ECDS she found drama and has been so happy to be in the two plays for the year. These are just a few highlights of the positive impact ECDS has had on our family and very grateful to have found the school.

Easton Country Day School is an incredible place for kids to grow and learn. I transferred my son into the school as an incoming 7th grader and he thrived! The teachers are brilliant and push each child to do their best work while supporting them every step of the way. Since my child graduated in June, I have recommended two families to this darling, affordable private school. I would recommend it to anyone.

As a former ECDS parent, I cannot speak enough about the education my child received during her time there. The teachers and administrators kept her at the center of every decision that was made as far as programming or coursework was concerned and truly cared about her as not just a student but as a human being and community member as well. They take the time to listen to feedback and are easily accessible. It is truly a gem in this area.

ECDS is a loving and caring environment for all its community members. My children are pushed academically while being supported and nurtured at the same time. The school has tremendous teachers and administrators who do anything under the sun to make sure the students succeed. I can't say enough about this wonderful place.

My son is a recent graduate of ECDS and the transformation over the years is amazing. ECDS faculty and staff are wonderful. They give students a safe environment to grow and learn at their own pace. My son is attending a rigorous high school and while his classmates are struggling, he is doing well. I believe that ECDS gave him the foundation to be successful both in and out of the classroom.

I love this school! It celebrates individuality. All 3 of my children attend(ed) this school. Each of them different, each of them thriving because the teachers treat them as individuals and work their hardest to connect with each of them. I feel that my children are/were challenged and asked to work at their potential. And I can say that my children delivered!

This place delivered what it promised. My son was small and brilliant and bullied. They put him in classes that exactly suited him, and bullying is stopped as soon as it starts. I cannot over state our delight and relief!

I visited this school recently, and found it to be a very unique and loving environment for children. They have the ability to provide many things for children, such as programming for children with gifted tendencies, programming for special interests (music, science, business, etc.). I am especially impressed with the diversity of the school environment, which most private schools in the area do not provide. The children are taught to be respectful and supportive of each other, which was clearly evident when I saw the children interacting in the halls between class periods. Kindness, consideration, and respect is something you rarely find in a school environment. I highly recommend Easton Country Day School.

I am so glad we found ECDS! My son was bored and antsy and had every excuse to stay home. Here, he is excited to go, up before us, and it only took about 2 weeks of summer before he started asking to return. Nice kids, nice teachers, great education.
