My 2 children went to EHCA from preschool through 8th grade and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. My kids were loved and encouraged by all of their teachers, and they were well-prepared for high school. They enjoyed the sports and activities they were able to participate in and the spiritual foundation they received still shapes their lives today.

My two children, second grader and kindergartener, have been attending Eastern Hills since pre-school. Throughout these years, my love and faith in the community and the teachers of the school have only strengthened. The entire staff of the school has created a phenomenal educational program, a safe environment, and a culture where every child is cherished for who they are. In particular, my daughter, who has type one diabetes, has received the most incredible love and compassion in her care from the staff; everyone has showed infinite yearning to learn and provide her the medical care she needs. The small class sizes allow for teachers to give individualized attention to every child, allows them to grow and excel at their strengths, and engages parents for an inclusive environment. The administrator, Camille Miller, has a genuine passion for seeing every child grow in their faith and love to learn. This is the best faith-based, small school learning environment in Albuquerque.

We have 3 children at EHCA. We came to the school 8 years ago and our experience has been transformative. Our oldest has blossomed academically and socially, and our 2 youngest are thriving. The teachers are engaging and love the students. The academics are incredible and our children's standardized test scores are all above the 90th percentile across the board. Mrs. Miller is the heart of the school and knows every child and every family. The middle school is a hidden gem - the campus is wonderful and all the ugly issues one might associate with a typical middle school are non-existent. It's a blessing to see students in 5th-8th grade interacting, co-mingled at lunch tables, just generally friendly and happy kids. We highly recommend this school!

We transferred in from another school that claimed to have superior academics. We found, however, that our daughters are getting a better education at Eastern Hills and the teachers have a better understanding of each individual student and their needs. The principal is very involved with the day to day workings and each family. We couldn't be happier with our choice. My only complaint is it doesn't go through high school.
