Notes for Prospective Students

Application Procedures for Those Applying for the 2022-23 School Year 1. Complete the Online Application for Admission.You may save and return to your Culver Academies Application before submitting the final application for admission.Once the online application has been submitted, evaluation forms and the school report/grade request form will be available through your online application. 2. Download and save the Culver Academies Application Checklist and Application Timeline. The checklist outlines the application procedures and the timeline contains important dates for staying organized throughout the application process. 3. Schedule a Campus Visit and Personal Interview.Contact our Visit Coordinator at 574-842-8196 to schedule a campus visit and personal interview. We request a two week notice. 4. Submit SSAT (Secondary Schools Admission Test) score reports.Applicants for the 9th and 10th grade are expected to take the SSAT. It is recommended that you take the test in October or November. For more information regarding the SSAT test registration, visit http://www.ssat.org. In order to avoid late charges, you need to register at least three weeks prior to the the test date. When registering, please list Culver Academies so an official copy of the score report is received by Culver. Applicants for the 11th grade may submit PSAT, SAT, or ACT scores. 5. International students must submit SSAT and TOEFL iBT scores.International students are also required to take the TOEFL iBT. To register for the TOEFL, visit http://www.ets.org/toefl. When registering, please list Culver Academies school code - 8111 - so an official score report is received by Culver. Select "Undergraduate" for school type.
