Notes for Prospective Students

Dear Prospective Family: We are thrilled that you are considering Cresthill Academy for your child's educational journey. Your interest in our school is truly appreciated. At Cresthill, we are committed to delivering an exceptional early education experience that nurtures growth and curiosity. We hope you will find the following documents informative and enlightening in our approaches to early childhood education. We are pleased to welcome your children to the Cresthill Academy family. Please complete the Online Registration Form by clicking the links below to start the first step towards your children's education. Please fill out one registration form per child. Registration link: https://schools.procareconnect.com/register/c37ade92-83a2-477a-8b87-a2fff63b1678 Once the online registration is completed, you will receive an email invitation from ProCare titled "[Action Required] Cresthill has invited you to join Procare!" within 1-5 business days. Please open this email and complete your account setup along with a unique 10-digit code, which will expire in one week. During the registration process, please be sure to sure the following are complete: Provide three people besides primary guardians as an emergency contact in the Online Registration Form. This is VERY IMPORTANT TO FILL OUT ALL THREE as this is a compliance requirement. Upload the Universal Health Record (attached to this email), immunization records and any other notes in your ProCare Account by: Go to ProCare Account -> Documents (on the left hand side of the screen) -> Upload Document (on the top right hand side of the screen) -> Choose a File or Drop a file. Once a document is successfully uploaded, it will appear in the "Document Library" on the bottom of the page. Please make sure to upload an updated copy of your child's immunization record AND a completed Universal Health Record (attached) from your pediatrician that is within 30 days of your child's first day. How to set up ACH Payments: Go to ProCare Account -> Click on Payments on the right hand side of the screen. Then follow the instructions in the attached document, titled "HowtoAddPaymentProCare.pdf" Tuition and fees are billed on the 1st of each month and withdrawn on the 4th of each month. The ProCare Account page is vital for families to access child profile, parent information, tax forms for tax season, emergency contacts info, and ACH payments. Enrollment is secured upon receipt of the paid security deposit (refundable with 30 days advance email notice of change of start date or withdrawal; last month tuition is not prorated) and registration fee (nonrefundable).
