Notes for Prospective Students

Cornerstone Life Academy offers a nonprofit, Christian school to students and families in the community. Our programs are open to children regardless of race, nationality, or creed. A Registration Package must be completed for a child to be enrolled in the program. Parents/guardians must pay all required fees, and if not already on file, present proof of identity, submit an immunization record (updated immunization records might be required for preschool students) or school health form and pay the first months tuition before a student is enrolled. Failure to provide any of the required documentation by the date specified by administration may result in the loss of a students enrollment spot. Students enrolled in kindergarten must be five years old on or before September 30th of a school year unless a special allowance has been made by administration.
