We moved to town last year (2018) and really wanted our children to have a top notch, quality education. It is not easy to find a school like this. Our boys are in very small classroom environments (9 and 11 students respectively) with teachers that truly give specific intentional care. We plan to be at this school for their entire schooling k-12 years. Private school always sounds way more expensive until you weigh your options. If you value small classes, Christian teaching and are tired of the public school drama of curriculum and environment, this is the school for you. We would give it 10 stars if we could!

All 3 of our kids graduated from CSLA. We loved the smaller class size, the Christian worldview that was incorporated into every subject, and the opportunity our kids had to participate in so many areas of student life. Our kids were involved in music, sports, student government, and mentorship programs, and were well-prepared for college. We loved the blend of strong academics and fun community-building activities. The teachers and staff know and love each of our kids, even now that they've all graduated. We'd send them all here again.

This is our first year at CS Lewis Academy. We have 3 kids in the elementary school level. We love the small classroom size. Each teacher cares about our kids spiritually, emotionally & spiritually. This is one of the best decisions we've made!

Our son has been a student since 2015, and we are now enrolling our daughter for the Fall 2019/2020. The small classroom, attentive teachers and staff, and wholesome community are a few of the reasons why our children will continue to study at CSLA. The affordable tuition makes it possible for us to ensure quality Christian education for our kids. Well worth the investment. We love the musical recitals and projects the kids present. There are plenty of trips and interesting activities, including sports.

Both my children attended, and graduated from, CSLA. The academics are above average, and the effort put towards building a sense of community and great school memories is exceptional.
We switched to CSLA because my children were just a barely known name to their teachers in the large public school (as in blank look at parent/teacher conferences). The class sizes are smaller at CSLA, the teachers genuinely know and care about the students, and they are clearly a Christian school that shows grace to students who are still working through their personal beliefs.
They teach contextual learning, which means they learn AND do. In Economics, our kids had to create their own small business and run it for months and track sales and losses. In Government, they learned about the voting process and then worked in the county Elections Department on election night. My son grumbled through his Literature classes as an average student, but because of the wide exposure and understanding he had gained, went on to get A's in his college Literature classes. I also deeply appreciated the "Seminar" classes which not only show kids how to prepare resumes but then has real employers interview them. They also learned how to write college essays, applied to colleges and applied for scholarships (and got some!).
There are also sports and a great drama program, and they also have robotics now. We truly love the school and the people it brought into our lives.
