Notes for Prospective Students

Students must be age three by December 31 of the calendar year to be admitted into Pre-K 1, four by December 31 for Pre-K 2, and five by December 31 for Kindergarten. The Head of School has the discretion to make final decisions regarding questions of maturity for class placement.There is no prerequisite to speak French to join our pre-school. Entrance to Kindergarten is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Students in first grade and above must have previous French language experience at a particular level to meet academic demands in order to be accepted. The level of French is evaluated prior to enrollment. Grade level placement is determined by the age of the student as of December 31. Children must be fully potty trained prior to acceptance. No exceptions.
