We will contact you to make arrangements to take the High School Placement Test 7. Submit a FACTS Application (if applying for tuition assistance) If you are applying for admission as a transfer student (10th-12th) at Aquinas High School: 1. Complete the Student Application and Essay (personal interview may be required) 2. Submit your current school records (academic transcript, attendance, discipline) 3. Teacher recommendation form 4.
