Love the school. Teachers are amazing/ security/ administration everyone cares. They go above and beyond to make the school a safe environment for children to learn. All their program are great. The performance Art building is great/ gym and all. The school is sized like a small college. The facility is very well maintained and designed. You have a feeling of not being in Florida with the Architecture and choice of plants. Which makes it look nice. Otherwise, they have done a great job during Covid, they are fast in taking necessary actions and they are always thinking a mile ahead. We are happy with the school, and the diversity of the student body. Kids are not spoiled/ they are well-behaved and have compassion.

From my beginnings as a student in kindergarten all the way through graduation, and years later as an employee, American Heritage has had a tremendously positive influence on my life and shaped who I am as a person today.

This is our 6th year at American Heritage School and American Academy and we could't be more pleased. This school has been an amazing experience for my two children (grades 7 & 8). The teachers are knowledgeable, caring and supportive. My children have made wonderful friends. The daily environment that they are in has made them intelligent, well rounded young adults. This school has benefitted my daughter tremendously who has dyslexia and was struggling to read to becoming a straight A, confident student who has mainstreamed into American Heritage classes. The fine arts program is amazing and well as the facility , staff members and athletics. We are very proud to be part of the American Heritage family.

This was the first year my girls both started school full time. As a stay at home mom of 3 you can imagine it was hard for me to let them go. I am so happy to say that I know my babies are flourishing. My oldest in Kindergarten is already reading after only a few weeks. I am astonished at how well they've adjusted and how happy they are. Not to mention, that I as a mom feel at peace because I know they are first safe, and secondly taken care of by amazing teachers who are caring and communicate well. That means the world to me.

Upon our first visit we immediately noticed how beautiful and welcoming the campus was. The staff that greeted us were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions about the classes and even the history of the school. After the tour of the school we knew this was the educational atmosphere we wanted for our children. After five years of schooling at the school I can report that it was well worth it. Our children both graduated with a superior education that resulted in both attending major colleges. Today, they work for major corporations and are doing very well. I believe the foundation and care given to them by American Heritage School led them to these results.

In my opinion, American Heritage is the best school, hands down, in the Tri County area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach). The teachers are fantastic and the learning environment is safe and secure. My children were beyond prepared for college with the quality education they received at American Heritage.

As a parent of three children who are currently at American Heritage, I could not be any more pleased. American Heritage has provided my kids with a safe and welcoming environment. My kids have grown in so many ways. Between the academics, emotional support, and all the extracurricular activities, my kids have found their comfort zone. I could not imagine having my kids anywhere else. I am honored to have the opportunity to write a review and truly express my gratitude to a school that surpasses all of my expectations. Thank you!

American Heritage is an outstanding private school that prepares its students for success. I have two children at the school and they are flourishing. One started in kindergarten and the other started in PK3. The curriculum, instruction, support, teachers, administration, athletics, and overall environment at American Heritage is second to none. In addition, the administration takes every step to make sure my children are in a safe and sanitary environment.

Whether it is the academics, sports, fine arts, etc., AHS has it all. The students have the opportunity to be part of anything they want to participate in. There are no limits. It is a very diverse school and our children learn from a very young age to have friends from all different backgrounds and ethnicities, and to respect each other. This is the beauty of AHS.

American Heritage School in Plantation is a very special place. With all the amazing accomplishments of the students and teachers, they could easily get an elitist attitude but they don't. They are down-to-earth and accessible to every student, and I feel that is why they are so successful. They care about the students and their families and do anything they can to support and encourage everyone. They have deans for any behavior issues so the teachers can teach and the deans deal with anything else that may arise. (The deans are very fair.) They also offer an incredible amount of choices for classes and after-school activities, which range from sports activities, and clubs that are fun or competitive and travel the country to compete. There is literally something for everyone at American Heritage.

American Heritage is special in every way. It allows students to explore so many possibilities and allows them to express their individuality with all the programs we offer. Our array of programs rival many colleges with access to fine arts and pre-professional programs. I can't think of a better place.

Both of my children attended American Heritage from 8th grade through 12th grade. It is a beautiful place to learn with a 40-45-acre campus. The teachers are extremely dedicated and always there for their students. The academic classes are very challenging and vigorous. Both of my children were accepted to great colleges and were well prepared because of the academic excellence at American Heritage.

Such a wonderful experience for our entire family. My 3 kids loved the opportunities they had here. Each had different interests from band to broadcasting to engineering and computers, all had the opportunity to learn, compete and excel. I always felt as if the kids were safe and looked after by all the teachers and faculty on campus and as parents, we enjoyed attending the sports and fine arts events even if our own kids weren't involved. Most importantly, I feel as this was an amazing preparation for college.

My child has been attending Heritage since Pre-K4. Within three months of attending Pre-K4, she could read. Now she is in 4th grade, and the gains are continuing for which we are so impressed. She just made Honor Roll, has an above-grade level reading level, and is in her second year of advanced math. She loves all the programs offered for her "electives": drama, recorder, chorus, dance, and art. As parents, we are above impressed as our daughter would never have exposure to such activities in public schools. She has also made some lifelong friend- ships along the way. We are so happy with how our daughter has progressed here!

American Heritage is a school that develops the whole child. American Heritage is not focused entirely on academics, they really strive to reach the whole child. American Heritage offers a variety of activities during and after school. From swim to visual arts to soccer to drama to dance...the activities are endless!

As a mother of two little girls, it was essential for me to feel comfortable releasing my three and four year old into the hands of others. The sweeping fears of "what ifs" seemed to disappear with every form of communication from the school. Teachers and teacher's assistants were always willing to share weekly and often daily experiences. Administration provides emails on a weekly basis, keeping the lines of communication open with parents. More often than not when I express to others the activities and assignments my girls have completed within the course of this year; they are always amazed. The extracurricular activities seems to be limitless. However, what continues to justify my love of American Heritage School is the joy I see in my daughters' eyes when I pick them up from school. They love learning! What more can I ask of a school...

Having 3 children attend American Heritage is a privilege I am grateful for on a daily basis. Knowing my 3 very different children are all loved, safe and challenged by compassionate and passionate teachers is what all parents want from a school. Where else can your child take classes taught by practicing doctors, lawyers and judges? The real life skills my eldest daughter has learned thus far are going to make all the difference upon graduation.

American Heritage is a great school. My daughter loves the school and I love all the opportunities it provides her. The teachers are very caring and allow the children to find their passion in what ever they are learning. The school is the driving force of why I live in Southern Florida and I wouldn't want my daughter to go to any school other than AH.

American heritage is so diverse, it is a fit for almost anyone. My children are not only exposed to friends and faculty from all over the world but that have been able to find classes, clubs and sports that they are excited to participate in. I have two very different children enrolled at American Heritage, one loves all of the sports teams available for him to join and the other is delighted to audition and act in all of the fine arts activities offered. As a parent I find they are being challenged academically by the curriculum and know they are being prepared for college. Their teachers are are always available and willing to assist them in any way. I am very happy my children are attending American Heritage.

If you want your child to have the opportunity to find his or her true talents and interests, American Heritage is the perfect school. From stellar academics and a myriad of extracurricular clubs to an amazing fine arts and athletic programs, Heritage has it all. Every day I drop off my two children, grades 4 and 6, I know they are learning valuable information and being introduced to new, interesting experiences. In addition to the academic opportunities, I have piece of mind regarding security. This school goes above and beyond to keep the students, teachers, and all of the Heritage family safe. It is clear to see how the administration and teachers truly care about the students and I know my girls are in good hands.

American Heritage has offered my daughter opportunities that don`t exist at other private schools. She is now in her third year of the school`s pre-medical track and all the courses she has taken have been taught by medical doctors who have not only increased her interest in the subject area, but who have increased her understanding of the field and its demands. American Heritage has also provided invaluable trainings and information as we begin to look at the next step, college. American Heritage has the motto, "college is a match to be made not a prize to be won," which is so perfect for juniors and seniors to hear. The school then spends countless hours helping students find just the right match. I cannot imagine another school where thIs level of dedication takes place.

The success of any school lies with its teachers and administrators. American Heritage School's teachers are extremely passionate about the curriculum and imprinting their students to become all around successful. Everyday I bring my children to Heritage, I have the upmost confidence that teachers at Heritage are giving them a premier education. I have a son who started in preK3 and is now in 8th grade. My daughter is in preK4. There is no other school that I would consider for my children from an academic, enrichment, and social perspective. Furthermore, I am extremely impressed by the hands on professional administration that demonstrate ongoing compassion and competence with their staff and students. Best investment I made!

American Heritage is an excellent school. My children started at American Heritage when they were in elementary. They are now in high school and are true Patriots. They have grown up to be well rounded students with great work ethic, thanks to the dedication of all of the wonderful teachers. Enrolling my children in American Heritage was the best decision I have made for my children's future.

I am extremely thrilled with our choice of sending my three children to American Heritage. The school is so instrumental in opening many opportunities for my children that I didn't foresee as possibilities when we enrolled them. My eldest just recently graduated from Boston University and as a student at American Heritage his participation in the fine arts in the orchestra and guitar program along with his studies in the pre-law Track enhanced his ability to get accepted to the University of his choice and let him excel there graduating Cum Laude. My second child participates in the athletics department by playing on the baseball team and also is active in the fine arts program and is on the pre-law track. Finally, my youngest also participates in the athletic department by playing football and is part of the pre-engineering track. This school offers a wide variety of academic tracks as well as affording the opportunity of a well rounded experience in the many successful athletic teams and award winning fine arts department. They also have numerous clubs and activities that will allow your child to be exposed to a wide variety of experiences that are second to none.

I have been a Heritage parent for 20 years. My older daughter started there when she was in Kindergarten with the most wonderful Mrs. Lister and my younger daughter started in PK-3 with the bubbly Mrs. Evans. At American Heritage, kids can do as much or as little as they want though the former is more common. The opportunities are myriad and the no cut policy for anything you want to try your hand on is friendly. The academics, sports, fine arts and the family spirit aside, the Heritage community has shaped my daughters into articulate, intelligent, accomplished, empathetic and kind young women. As they embark on the next chapter of their lives, I am grateful for the choice I made to send them here.

Sending my children to American Heritage and American Academy for the past 12 years (both started in pre-k) was the best decision I ever made. In lower school, they had the opportunity to take weekly p.e., art, music, computer, library, and language classes. In middle school, they learned to apply critical thinking skills with projects like Natonal History Day, research paper, and persuasive speaking. My son is now in high school, and he has blossomed as a student thanks to the wonderful education he had gotten along the way. My daughter was drawn to the theater AND broadcasting programs, and has been a member of several award winning project. Clearly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about American Heritage and American Academy!

My three children are graduates of AHS. They began in fifth grade, fourth grade, and kindergarten. Throughout their years at AHS they were able to take advantage of superior education, excellent extra curricular activities in athletics, fine arts and clubs. This school offers opportunities for students in every area. In the words of my youngest son, this school offered an " intellectually engaging environment, support in every area...academically, in sports, and extra curricular activities. It was a good backbone for pursuing your college dreams and it is instrumental to the development of the individual". Socially, they created life long friendships and their years at AHS helped them attain admission to excellent universities and, for my oldest son, a highly ranked law school. I am thankful they had the opportunity to attend AHS.

For my three VERY different children, American Heritage has provided the perfect combination of interesting classes, sports (including bowling!), and extracurricular activities to keep them motivated, challenged, engaged, and HAPPY. From the fine engineering program which prepared my eldest son for college to the speech and debate program for my future lawyer, I have been heartily pleased with the dedication of the talented staff and effervescence of the other students. This is a place to work, to engage, and to find one's passion. Love it!

I currently have 3 children attending American Heritage, all at the elementary level. We have been extremely pleased with the academic programs offered to challenge our children. Our children all have different interests, but all have found a passion to pursue. They can be found after school participating in robotics, AIMS math, swimming, tennis, or art. We look forward to watching our children excel at American Heritage for many years to come.

Our two boys have been attending American Heritage for 8 years since they were in Kindergarten and First Grade, and we couldn't be happier with their growth and maturity. They have learned good study habits and research skills through the rigorous curriculum, and they each discovered talents they might not have realized they have thanks to all of the electives and the programs in the fine arts. Their teachers were all incredible. They are the driving force for who our boys are today.
