Overview
Community Christian School was established in 1990. The purpose of CCS is to offer children and their parents a school which is well grounded in academics and social growth based on sound biblical principals: a school where children feel at home and parents feel secure in the atmosphere and teaching their children receive.
CCS is non-denominational and believes in Christian truth, pure morals, high academic standards, discipline, physical and social development along with loyalty to our country.
We believe parents are responsible to train their children in the ways of the Lord.
The school assists the parents by teaching the students how to live with true Christian values and character.
Through discipline and instruction of the Lord that touches the children in their curriculum, school functions and social relationships, we intend to set a solid structure and good example of the necessity and joy of serving Jesus.
The Principled Academy's mission is to work in partnership with parents to pass on the classical and religious core values of culture to the next generation through academic excellence, comprehensive character education, the creation of a caring, responsible, and creative learning community and the development of the unique genius of each child.
The Principled Academy incorporates the California Teaching Standards and select topics from the Core Knowledge curriculum.
The curriculum helps students establish a strong foundation of knowledge from grade to grade.
Our Preschool is dedicated to the development of good character and academic readiness for success in elementary school, and love of lifelong learning.
The Preschool offers caring, nurturing, experienced staff who have worked together for years, Kindergarten readiness skills, pre-reading, pre-writing, and pre-math curriculum, music and movement, arts and crafts activities, and developmentatly appropriate, varied, and fascinating curriculum. .
