Overview
All Saints Academy offers a Christ-centered education strengthened by Catholic tradition and dedicated to the development of the intellectual, physical, moral, and spiritual nature of the child.
We recognize that each student is a unique creation of God with gifts and talents which, when developed, will enable responsible, active participation as a citizen of this world and, ultimately, as a co-heir with Christ in the next.
To this end, as our school "cultivates the intellect," it also, "ripens the capacity for right, judgment, provides an introduction into the cultural heritage won by past generations, promotes a sense of value, and readies for professional life." ("Declaration on Christian Education," The Documents of Vatican II) As educators, we are united to one another by professionalism and charity.
Acknowledging the parents as their child's first and primary teachers, we work in partnership with them to provide an atmosphere of love and service--attempting, by our example, to model those virtues taught to us by our Lord, "who is at once the inspiration, the content, and the goal of Christian education: the way, the truth, and the life." (To Teach as Jesus Did).
The Christian Learning Center opened its doors to K-3rd grade in 1982.
Grades 4-6 were added in September 1983. Each year a grade was added until our first group of seniors graduated in 1990. Little Lambs Pre-school opened in 1992.
In 2001, the name Corning Christian Academy (CCA) was adopted for our K-12th grade program. In 2004, a dynamic Ministry Program was added for our secondary students.
The school is interdenominational and enrolls children from more than 30 local churches.
CCA is committed to helping parents in the training of their children.
The CCA staff consists of excellent people with a love for children.
All teachers are college graduates. Our mission Corning Christian Academy and Little Lambs Preschool are committed to providing quality education in a Biblically based environment that nurtures spiritual, physical and mental growth.
