As an aunt, I look for my niece and nephew to have the best education and amazing teachers that will guide them towards a successful future. Both of them have been attending Christ Lutheran for some time now and I can vouch for the school when I say they have one of the best educational systems I have seen. Talking to both my niece and nephew, they have shown me how much they have grown but also how advanced they are compared to other kids I have met. They also never fail to tell me how amazing their teachers are, which makes me happy because it means they enjoy learning from them. Christ Lutheran should take great pride in their school, their amazing hard-working teachers, and the students they are preparing for success. Thank you Christ Lutheran and I hope you continue to have great school years!

As this school year is coming to a close and my daughter graduates from 8th grade, I wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect on what a great school this has been for our family. Both of our girls matriculated through Christ Lutheran School from age 2 when they were in diapers in the pre-school to 8th grade. The school campus is lovely and secure and it was with some sadness that we attended this last open house and walked the school grounds knowing that our experience having students here is coming to a close. Each and every teacher and member of staff has been caring and very competent. We have been very happy over the years with the quality of education that has been provided and each year pleased with the scores on various standardized testing that are consistently above grade level. Our older daughter chose to go from Christ Lutheran to a quality public school in the area and she was very well-prepared to attend AP classes. The school works hard to keep tuition costs low, and when compared to similar area private Christian Schools is very competitive when tuition and extraneous costs (sports fees, lunches, daycare) are compared. The administrative staff is dedicated, hard-working, and very available to address concerns when they arise. The class size is small so that teachers have the room to provide individual attention. This school is the best private Christian school in the area and I am so glad we found it!

I have a child that been attending Christ Lutheran since pre school. She's now in the 6 grade. We are so grateful to have such a tight group of Teachers and Parents That get Involved with with the students. It's a blessing to find a Good School in a nice community as south hills. Keep up the Good work Christ Lutheran. Our daughter have two more years there. Keep pushing her, and prepare her for high school. The Glory belongs to God.

I have two children (grade school & middle school) attending CLS and they both have had a great learning experience. Most of the teachers are very caring and nurturing. The teachers they have/had, have taken a great interest in making sure that the children understand the curriculum. Mrs. Curtis, Mrs. Annis, and Mrs. Smith (1st, 3rd, and 4th grades) are in my children's opinions, the best teachers. They know how to capture the students imagination and make learning fun. Mrs. Mortensen (middle school math) is great with the kids. My middle schooler has really enjoyed all the outdoor education trips. The children are taught to be well rounded and the school takes part in a few community charitable events. If your child is advanced in math, they will allow them to take math with the higher grades if the child tests into it. All the teachers are credentialed and most have a Masters Degree. The campus is fully gated and they do have cameras throughout the school (which unfortunately is a good thing now a days). The school also has a great PE and after school sports programs.
