That year we were the only Private School in Indiana to be named a Blue Ribbon School and the only school in Northwest Indiana to be so named. St. Patrick Elementary School Photo #9 - The Middle School Canoe Trip is a fantastic opportunity for our students to learn and explore the many ecosystems that exist in our area. This annual trip includes a presentation by DNR (Dunes Natural Resources) staff on the animals and plants that make their home near the river, plus Wilderness Adventure staff leads the students on a canoe trip.

St. Patrick Catholic School seeks to develop the whole child spiritually, morally, intellectually, emotionally, and physically. Through the cooperative efforts of our pastor, Fr. Jon Plavcan, faculty, parents, and students we strive to promote an atmosphere in which our students may grow as responsible, compassionate Christians.
