Notes for Prospective Students

A VCES application includes report cards, teacher's recommendation, parent application and clergy recommendation or parent spiritual statement, immunization, birth certificate, etc. Following completion of the application, the student meets with the grade level teacher to assess readiness for admission. Parents may also meet with the Admissions Counselor or Principal to discuss VCES, their child, and to answer any questions.
