Notes for Prospective Students

We accept all students regardless of race, color, or creed. Mild learning disabilities are acceptable, and teachers are willing to work with students on special issues. However, parents must be willing to support the program and work with children. Parents must be willing to be involved. Parents must submit: birth certificate health records including immunizations fill out required paperwork permission for transfer of records. For each new child entering school, we need: A birth certificate with a raised seal. A copy of the student's Social Security cardAn up-to-date registration form filled out. A release of school records (for grades other than kindergarten). An up-to-date immunization form. New Kindergarten students: St. Philip School accepts students turning five on or before August 31 for kindergarten starting in August of the same year.
