CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY A. Toddler Program Ages 18 months - 3.5 years 1. Children must be 18 months old on the first day of attendance. Children do not have to be toilet trained. B. Preschool/Kindergarten Program Ages 3 6 years 1. Children must be 3 years old on the first day of attendance. 2. Children must be toilet trained. 3. Children who turn 5 by September 1st will be considered for the Kindergarten program. C. Junior Elementary Program Ages 6 9 years 1. First through third grade. 2. Children must be 6 by September 1st to be considered for First grade.
