Notes for Prospective Students
All applicants, other than Kindergarten and Pre-K, need to provide
at least 2 years of previous report cards from their prior school.
Applicants need to visit the campus for a tour and an interview.
Assessments are an important part of the admissions process as
well. For families looking to relocate to Kauai, an interview/tour
can be waived if all teacher recommendations are completed and
submitted. Financial Aid can be done simultaneously while applying
for admissions but decisions are not made until after an applicant
has been accepted usually in April. Awards are usually not more
than 50% of tuition unless you are of native Hawaiian decent and
have applied for the Ho'oulu Scholarship. It should be noted
that families who receive financial aid need to re-apply each
subsecuent year. Families need to re-enroll their child each year
with a $300 deposit as it helps the school plan and account for
staffing needs because of the enrollment contract being only for
one year.
