Notes for Prospective Students

If you are interested in applying, you can access the necessary forms and documents for application on our website. You must complete the application for new admission, pay the $50 application fee via StarPay, provide current school with the transfer of student records form, provide FSCS with a copy of Proof of Early Childhood Screening (kindergarten students only). Once everything has been received, our principal, Dr. Butel, will review the student's file, welcome him or her in for a brief visit, and potentially an opportunity to shadow, and determine acceptance. *Kindergarteners must be 5 years old by September 1.
